Board of Directors
Joe White
Joe is the current President of the Kane County Farm Bureau and has been a member since 1975. He lives in Kaneville and farms 950 acres of corn, soybeans, wheat and hay. Joe has been farming for 30 years. He farms with his father, with whom he shares equipment. Joe is the Kaneville Classics
4-H club contact leader, Kane County 4-H Foundation Member, Kane County Fair Assistant Superintendent (swine), and St. Galls church member. He and his wife, Bonnie, have four children.
Dale Pitstick
Dale is the current Vice President of the Kane County Farm Bureau. He has been a member since 2006 and has served on the Board of Directors since 2016. Dale is a corn and soybean farmer in the Elburn area and is also involved in his in-law’s dairy farm operation in Tillamook, OR. He also has an equipment company called Roc-Pit Equipment, selling new and used planting, tillage and other tools to local farmers.
Chris Collins
Chris is the current Secretary/Treasurer of the Kane County Farm Bureau. He has operated a small grain farm in central Kane County for 35 years. He also worked for the Illinois Department of Transportation for 32 years supervising a traffic operations unit covering three counties in northeastern Illinois. He has been involved with Farm Bureau for many years and has also served on many of the working committees.
