This year, the KCFB Foundation wants to help make Kane County the most festive county in Illinois by providing Farm Bureau members with decorations to complement your home. Choose from straw bales, corn shocks, garden mums, indian corn, gourds, and of course, pumpkins!

ACTIVATOR recognizes 'Friends of Agriculture'
ACTIVATOR, Illinois Farm Bureau's Political Involvement Fund, is a voluntary segregated fund intended to protect and improve the economic and social well-being of farmers. This year ACTIVATOR presented this prestigious "Friend of Agriculture" award to the following 12 Kane County state legislators: Senator Jim Oberweis; Senator Karen McConnaughay; Representative Anna Moeller; Representative Mike Fortner; Representative Kieth Wheeler; Representative Robert Pritchard; Representative Stephanie Kifowit; Senator Dan McConchie; Senator Dave Syverson; Senator Linda Holmer; Representative David McSweeney; and Representative Linda Chapa LaVia.

Gather up your family for a professional portrait sitting at the Kane County Farm Bureau office on Friday, October 7th from 2-9pm and Saturday October 8th from 10am-5pm.  Receive a FREE 8 x 10” print with your sitting (limit one FREE portrait per family). By appointment only, Call the KCFB office to make an appointment or click here to schedule an appointment online. Pets welcome in sittings with advanced notice.

KCFB Dairy and Crop Adventure at Fair Oaks Farm
Join the KCFB Foundation on a trip on Saturday, October 29 to one of the most premier “agri-tainment” destinations in the country. Travel by charter bus to Indiana as we tour Fair Oaks Farm Dairy and Crop Adventure. See how milk goes from grass to glass with this unique tour of a large-scale dairy farm. The new Crop Adventure just opened in spring and will be a part of this trip as well. The entire trip is just $60 for members and $70 for non-members, with transportation, lunch and tours included.
